In Saskatchewan Prairie Hockey League action Wednesday night Saulteaux lost a close one on home ice against the Perdue Pirates. The Pirates won 10-9 for their second win of the season. Saulteaux falls to 0-2-0-1 on the season. In midget STEP League action, it was reported, as a rough game, but no score between the Battlefords Barons and Meadow Lake Storm has been recorded yet.
