Arson at Gov’t House investigated

Battlefords RCMP are looking into an incidence of arson at the Government House site south of Battleford.

Two vehicles were observed leaving the area at the time of the March 24 fire. Police are still looking for a car and a truck. Police are waiting on a witness account for a detailed description of the vehicles. Anyone who knows of these vehicles or were passengers in the vehicles, are urged to come forward to assist with the police investigation.

Property was damaged March 30 at a residence on the 1400 block of 92nd Street in North Battleford.

Tools were stolen from a work site near the North Battleford exhibition grounds April 9. The business logo is stencilled on the tools.

April 12, a black Dodge Journey SUV parked on the 200 block of 28th Street in Battleford was hit by an object causing damage.

Anyone with information regarding these or any other crime is asked to contact the Battlefords RCMP or Crime Stoppers.

Michael Delorme, 22: assault.

Anthony Whitstone, 21: assault; breach of recognizance.

Dmitri Tyrone Cappo, 19: possession for the purpose of trafficking; possessing proceeds of crime; breach of undertaking.

Robin Edward Sample, 39: aggravated assault; possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose; failure to comply with an undertaking.

Brian Dylan Kiskotagan aka Daniel Payachew, 26: possessing a weapon dangerous to public peace; carrying a concealed weapon; possessing a weapon while prohibited.

Lawrence Gordon Foster, 39: false pretenses.
