Traffic along Highway 4, Highway 40, and 22nd Street will be detoured around the four-way stop intersection while crews pave in the area on Saturday and Sunday. The detour is expected to last through the morning, returning to normal in the afternoon. Motorists can expect delays, and are cautioned to watch for detour signs and flagpersons in the area.
