MARTEL, Edith Marjorie, June 10, 1915 to June 16, 2012. Edith Marjorie Martel (nee Storey) of Calgary, AB, daughter of Hampton and Rosamond Storey of Meota, SK, passed away on June 16, 2012 at the age of 97 years. Mrs. Martel received her college education in Ontario and was a past member of Lions Club International, Watson Lake Airport Club and Royal Canadian Legion North Calgary Ladies Auxiliary Branch #264. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Wilfred Lionel Martel and survived by nieces Sheila Rigby and Edith Morlidge, nephew James Young, grand-nieces Louise and Mikaela and grand-nephews John, Chris, Cameron, Clayton, Bernie and Will. Funeral Service will be held at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, (1407 - 7 Avenue N.W., Calgary, AB) on Friday, June 22, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen's Park Cemetery.
