Please take your time travelling this long weekend. The life you save might just be your own. As well, life jackets are part of your safety on the water. Ensure you and your family are covered.

After two solid weekends of action at the diamonds, Unity is set to host the last of their big events at the ball diamonds venue. The U19 ladies’ Western Canadian softball championship will begin Friday with nine teams from vying for the title. Garden talk, crop review and weather predictions are also part of these daily conversations. And, you can be assured golf, the Riders and the Jays aren’t too far from the topic table. So you can see life is full of fun and activity in Unity with our friends at coffee row sharing this traditional part of our community culture. Until next time …
