There was a big turnout of visitors for Those Were the Days, the signature weekend of the Western Development Museum in North Battleford. This year marked the 50th anniversary of the event, running Aug. 17 and 18. Those in attendance received a special gift: a couple of picture books about WDM history and its artifacts. As always the highlight of the weekend was the Parade of Power taking place both days, with old farm machinery fired up and paraded down Main Street. Photos by John CairnsĀ
