I graduated from St Thomas College in 1965 then studied Commerce at the Uof S until 1970.

I then worked in management positions with the Federal Provincial and local Boards for more than 40 years, which taught me budgeting, planning and judicious management of the public purse.

The issues which have prompted me to run for office are;

1- The need to repair aging infrastructure.

2- The need to update and respect zoning bylaws.

3-The need for fair tax rates where everyone is treated equally.

4- Insure that everyone has the same water rates.

5- The need for honesty and respect for tall tax payers.

6- To stop wasting the taxpayers money.

7- Encourage and support development by private enterprise not tax subsidies.

If elected I promise to bring honesty, integrity and openness to council and to respect the taxpayer. I also promise to be the taxpayers' watchdog on council.
