A woman is dead after a hit-and-run in Saskatoon

SASKATOON — Police in Saskatoon are investigating a hit-and-run accident that left a woman dead.

Officers were called to an area on 33rd Street near Dundonald Park around 9:15 p.m. on Monday, where they found the critically injured woman.

Medavie Health Services and the Saskatoon Fire Department performed life saving measures but the victim died of her injuries.

The Collision Analyst Unit is handling the case, and anyone with information or surveillance video of the accident is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
