Located - Battlefords RCMP seek public help locating Cassandra Fox

UPDATE June 25: Cassandra Fox has been located and taken into custody.

The Battlefords RCMP Detachment is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Cassandra Fox of Sweetgrass First Nation. 

Fox is wanted for 30 outstanding charges including possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, assault with a weapon, possession of a firearm in a vehicle, possession of stolen property, as well as other criminal code charges.

These charges stem from a number of investigations including a report of an altercation at a business on Highway 16 in North Battleford on April 30, 2020. The investigation by the Battlefords Detachment and Municipal GIS section determined that occupants of a vehicle at that location had been sprayed by bear spray by two females. 

In another incident on Dec. 6, 2020, members of the Saskatchewan Crime Reduction Team, Battlefords Gang Task Force, and the Battlefords Detachment, engaged in a pursuit with an SUV believed to be driven by Jonathan Swiftwolfe who was wanted on a number of violent offences.

The pursuit ended with the police taking Swiftwolfe, as well as Cassandra Fox into custody. A loaded firearm was found in the vehicle.
Cassandra is described as 5-foot-3 and 123 pounds. She may now have shoulder length hair. Fox is known to frequent the North Battleford, Prince Albert, and Edmonton areas.

Police want to advise the public not to approach Cassandra Fox if she is seen, but to call police / or 9-1-1.
