A Blaine Lake woman who was released on bail on identity theft, assault and fraud charges, and then re-arrested, was released on bail again.
Laticia Juba-Arcand, 27, had an appearance in Saskatoon Provincial Court July 8 by CCTV and she was released.
Juba-Arcand was arrested in November 2019 after Blaine Lake RCMP raided her home. During their search, police seized 144 personal identification cards – most of which were ID consisting of driver’s licenses and health cards. Police also seized 200 stolen cheques, stolen tools and a small amount of crystal meth.
Juba-Arcand was charged with identity theft, assault causing bodily harm, fraud, forgery, possession of stolen property obtained by crime and possession of a controlled substance. The charges against her haven’t been proven in court.
She is now scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on July 22 to enter a plea and speak to the matter.
