A North Battleford man accused of child pornography charges was in court Monday afternoon.
Brian Simon appeared before Judge David Kaiser in North Battleford Provincial Court.
His case has been adjourned to Nov. 25. Simon is retaining private counsel.
Simon is charged with possession, accessing and making available child pornography, contrary to the Criminal Code. The charges stem from activity between July 23 and Sept. 24.
