Saskatchewan RCMP have issued their Craven Country Thunder wrap-up as follows:

The Country Thunder Music Festival has wrapped up for another year. Festival guests will be packing up and moving out of the site Monday.

Traffic will be the primary focus for members – getting all campers and visitors out of the area and onto the highway safely.

There was quite a downpour last night and conditions at the site are quite muddy. We ask that everyone be patient and cautious while trying to make their exit.

Over the course of the festival, RCMP dealt with: 160 calls for service, 27 charges laid (21 of those were charges against adults and six were against youths), and 46 prisoners held in custody. The vast majority of calls and charges were alcohol-related.

In terms of combined traffic services statistics: officers issued a total of 307 tickets, 432 warnings, 81 vehicle inspection tickets, four roadside suspensions and located six people wanted on outstanding warrants.

The Saskatchewan RCMP would like to thank all festival-goers for a relatively smooth and pleasant Country Thunder experience.
