The woman who faces charges in connection to a fatal collision on highway 4 south of Battleford is now out of custody.
Amber Rosette has been released on an undertaking, and will appear in provincial court again on May 30 at 10 am.
Rosette had appeared in North Battleford provincial court this week on four charges: operation of a conveyance while impaired causing death, dangerous operation of a conveyance causing death, operation of a conveyance while impaired causing bodily harm, and dangerous operation of a conveyance causing bodily harm.
The charges stem from April 30, when one person was killed in a motor vehicle collision on highway 4 near Mosquito First Nation and Red Pheasant First Nation.
