Milestone RCMP are currently on scene of a train vs. semi-truck collision that occurred on a grid road on Highway 39, approximately 2 km east of the town of Rouleau, SK.
The semi-truck had one adult driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle. He was declared deceased on scene by EMS.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the collision.
A Saskatchewan RCMP Collision Reconstructionist, Occupational Health and Safety and the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service also attended the scene. The investigation is ongoing with the assistance of the CP Police Service.

Highway 39 is not blocked at this time.
