On Friday, Aug. 7, Colin Evan Lemaigre born March 9, 1987, was charged with being unlawfully at large as per Section 145(1) of the Criminal Code. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Lemaigre on this date.
During the overnight hours of Aug. 11 and 12, several incidents took place in the La Loche area. As a result of those incidents, Colin Evan Lemaigre has been additionally charged with: assault causing bodily harm; assault with a weapon; driving while prohibited.
Colin Evan Lemaigre has been actively evading the RCMP to avoid arrest.
The La Loche RCMP are requesting assistance from the public in this matter.
