A warrant has been issued by La Loche RCMP for 22-year-old man wanted for a variety changes including break and enter and assault with a weapon.
The warrant for the arrest of Dawson Joseph Janvier was issued May 25.
Janvier has been charged break and enter, two counts of assault with a weapon, damage to property and multiple counts of breach of conditions.
RCMP say attempts to locate Janvier have been unsuccessful and he remains at large. According to police he is believed to be in the area of Clearwater River Dene Nation and/or the village of La Loche and actively evading arrest.
The La Loche RCMP are requesting assistance from the public.
Janvier is 5’10 tall, 190 lbs, has short black hair, pierced ears and a noticeable scar on his left eyebrow.
