La Ronge RCMP looking for suspects in Sheena Billette homicide

Charges have been laid in the homicide investigation of 28-year-old Sheena Marie Billette of La Ronge. Sheena was located seven kilometers north of La Ronge on Highway 102 on Dec. 23, 2019.

Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes Unit South; La Ronge and Prince Albert General Investigation Sections; the Prince Albert and Tisdale Forensic Identification Sections; Prince Albert Police; and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service have all been involved in the investigation.

Four individuals have been charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement.

- Charlie Napthalie Charles (1995-01-06)

- Deborah Maggie Mckenzie (1989-12-11)

- Telsa Jane Mckenzie (1995-06-07)

- Sharise Justice Sutherland-Kayseas (1995-01-31)

Also facing charges of accessory after the fact to murder Kandi Rose Ratt (1992-06-16).

Sharise Sutherland-Kayseas, Deborah Mckenzie and Telsa Mckenzie were arrested in La Ronge on Jan. 13.

Kandi Rose Ratt and Charlie Napthalie Charles are still at large and are considered to be dangerous. If seen, do not approach and call police immediately.
