A Meadow Lake man arrested by the Saskatchewan Emergency Response Team (ERT) after police received multiple threats involving firearms is seeking bail.

Cassidy Dillon Regan, 29, had an appearance in Meadow Lake Provincial Court June 22 and a show cause hearing was scheduled. 

Regan was arrested April 19 when the ERT raided two homes in Meadow Lake just hours apart in response to threats involving firearms. Regan was arrested at the first home. At the second home police arrested Cory Bouvier, 30, and Monica Bouvier, 24. Police haven’t said if the incidents at the two homes are connected.

Monica Bouvier is charged with several weapons offences as well as robbery, mischief and obstruction of a peace officer. She was released in April and appears in court next on July 13 to enter a plea. 

Cory Bouvier is charged with several weapons offences and robbery. He consented to his remand and a trial is scheduled for July 6 in Meadow Lake Provincial Court. 

Regan is charged with firearms-related offences, uttering threats and breach of probation. He is now scheduled to appear in Meadow Lake Provincial Court July 6 for a bail hearing.
