Missing man found deceased, not suspicious

UPDATE: On Nov. 2, at approximately 3 p.m., Michael Higginbotham was located deceased in a rural area outside the community of Prud'Homme. Saskatoon RCMP and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service continue to investigate.

UPDATE: On Nov. 2, at approximately 3 p.m., Michael Higginbotham was located deceased in a rural area outside the community of Prud'Homme. 

Saskatoon RCMP and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service continue to investigate. 

At this point in the investigation, the death does not appear suspicious in nature.

Saskatoon RCMP thank the public and the media for their assistance.

BACKGROUND: The Saskatoon RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 54-year-old Michael Higginbotham who was reported missing on Oct. 25. Michael Higginbotham was last seen on Oct. 17, and family and police are concerned for his well being.

Michael Higginbotham is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 5' 2" tall and weighs approximately 120 lbs with brown hair and green eyes.

Michael Higginbotham is believed to be travelling in a grey, 2008 Ford Ranger Pickup Truck with Saskatchewan license plate 518-JHD.
