An RCMP officer has died while on duty according to a press release.
Earlier today RCMP advised of an ongoing traffic accident investigation in the Francis/Wolseley area, and this afternoon police confirmed an officer died during the incident being investigated.
Media were invited to an update at 5 p.m. at RCMP headquarters in Regina.
