P.A. Crime Reduction Team arrests two, seizes firearms, taser

Members of the Prince Albert Integrated Crime Reduction Team seized firearms and weapons after a police investigation on March 17. 

According to Prince Albert Police, ICRT members arrested a suspect in the 900 Block of 2nd Street East on outstanding warrants and another suspect under the Alcohol and Gaming Regulations Act.

When they investigated further, police found three loaded, modified firearms, a homemade taser, a knife and several rounds of ammunition.

Daniel McAdam, 22, and Byron Bear, 25, were arrested. They appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court Tuesday morning and were remanded in custody. 

Their next court appearance is scheduled for March 19.
