RCMP search for man involved in two armed robberies - do not approach

Warman and Cutknife RCMP are advising the public to be on the lookout for a male who may be responsible for two separate armed robberies at two hotel establishments. On Jan. 17, at approximately 3:35 p.m.

Warman and Cutknife RCMP are advising the public to be on the lookout for a male who may be responsible for two separate armed robberies at two hotel establishments. 

On Jan. 17, at approximately 3:35 p.m., officers received the report of an armed robbery at a hotel located on the 300 block of Albert Street in Radisson. Later that evening at approximately 6:40 p.m., officers received the report of a second armed robbery at a hotel located along 11 Railway Avenue east in Marsden. At this time, officers believe these two files are related.

The male is described to be approximately 6 ft. tall, weighing approximately 240-250 lbs. with a heavy build, a black goatee and a darker skin complexion. He was seen wearing beige work gloves, a face mask with eye and mouth holes, a black two-tone sweater, dark coloured pants and two-tone coloured Nike shoes. Based on surveillance footage, the male appears to be left handed.

The male appears to be working alone and is to be considered armed and dangerous. If seen, do not approach, and call 911 or your local detachment police immediately.
