John Riley Sanderson, a 32-year-old man who escaped custody while being escorted to a La Ronge courthouse Jan. 2 was arrested Thursday south of Stanley Mission.
Stanley Mission RCMP received the report of impaired driving .
Officers located the vehicle in a ditch along Highway 915. The driver, and lone occupant of the vehicle, was identified as Sanderson.
Sanderson was arrested without incident for impaired driving in addition to his outstanding warrants. He was scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in La Ronge Thursday.
