The two individuals who face several charges in connection to an April 28th shooting incident in North Battleford had their matters adjourned in their latest appearances this week.

Korbin Gladue, 18 years old of North Battleford, was back in court Monday by closed-circuit TV facing nine firearms charges; five possession of a weapon charges, and one charge of failing to stop for a police officer; he also faces several charges stemming from 2019.

Gladue’s matters have been adjourned and he is scheduled to return to provincial court May 19 at 11 am by CCTV for election.

Charles McLean, 23 years old of North Battleford, saw his matters in court again on Tuesday on two firearms charges and two weapons charges. He is scheduled to return to provincial court June 15 at 2 p.m. for election.
