Shots fired in North Battleford Friday and Saturday

The Battlefords RCMP are seeking to public’s assistance in solving two recent shooting events in the city of North Battleford. They occurred Oct. 4 and 5.

During the early morning hours of Friday, Oct. 4, Battlefords RCMP responded to shots being fired in the Riverview residential area. Investigation has revealed suspect(s) shot rounds towards a residence. While people were home in the residence at the time, no one sustained any injuries.

During the early morning hours of Saturday, Oct. 5, Battlefords RCMP responded to the area of Walker Drive and 19th Avenue for shots being fired. Investigation led officers to the area of the 1800 block of 93rd Street. While people were home in the residence at the time no one sustained any injuries.
