Unity RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in finding a stolen truck and its thief.

On April 16, the Unity/Wilkie/Macklin RCMP received a complaint of a theft of motor vehicle. A 2007 GMC Sierra, white in colour, was stolen sometime during the night.

The truck has a set of aftermarket rims, which set it apart from other similar vehicles. The vehicle last had a Saskatchewan licence plate 383FGJ.

The RCMP is requesting the public report any suspicious person or vehicles they observe as well as any occurrences where someone has come onto their property.

“We would like to remind the public to lock their vehicles and buildings when they are away from home,” states a release by RCMP..
