There has been a slight adjustment to the schedule for the preliminary hearing for Josh Roy Tucker.

Tucker is charged with second-degree murder stemming from an incident in the area of Cochin May 31.

His preliminary hearing had initially been set for Jan. 15-17 in Provincial Court North Battleford. On Thursday, lawyers in the case were back in court to amend the schedule for the preliminary hearing to include Jan. 14, 15, 16 and 17, all at Provincial Court in North Battleford.

Tucker made his latest appearance by closed-circuit TV from Saskatoon Correctional Centre.

Tucker, 27 at the time of his arrest, is facing several charges as a result of a Battlefords RCMP investigation into the suspicious death of 59-year-old Gordon Ernest Tucker on a rural property southeast of Cochin.
