There has been another adjournment in North Battleford provincial court in the case of a Sweetgrass man charged with second degree murder.

Michael Jordan White, also known as Michael Jordan Frank, saw his matters adjourned in provincial court Thursday to Oct. 15 in the morning, again in North Battleford court. The accused's latest appearance came just a week after his matters were last before provincial court on Sept. 10.

White is charged in connection to the killing of Todd Levi Stone, 38, in North Battleford. In addition to second degree murder he also faces three failure to appear charges.

Police say that Stone was found by EMS inside a home on the 800 block of 110th Street with significant head trauma, and died May 13 in hospital in Saskatoon. Following a lengthy search, Strathcona RCMP located White and he was transported back to Saskatchewan.
