The case against a man facing child porn and other charges will return to North Battleford provincial court in late July.

Cameron Froese faces a charge of accessing child pornography under section 163.1 (4.1) of the Criminal Code. The charge stems from a search warrant executed in May in which several computers and digital devices were seized.

Froese was not in court for this latest appearance. His lawyer indicated in court Monday that the Crown is still awaiting additional disclosure in the case.

The case returns to court July 29 at 1:30 p.m.
