There is an increased risk of exposure to COVID-19 at the Lloydminster Gospel Fellowship Church, 4620 - 47 Avenue, where a person or persons attended while infectious July 11, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

COVID-19 is everywhere in Saskatchewan. Persons infected with or exposed to COVID-19 must take all precautions as advised by Public Health and take all reasonable measures to significantly reduce the risk of infecting others.

As per Disease Control Regulations, all individuals in attendance at the Lloydminster Gospel Fellowship Church during the stated date and time must:

Immediately self-isolate and remain on isolation until July 25, 2021

Seek testing for COVID-19 immediately, and again on July 21, 2021

Exception: If you have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine, and the second dose was received on or before June 27, 2021, you do not need to self-isolate but:

Self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 until July 25, 2021

If symptoms develop, start self-isolating immediately and seek testing

If you need to check your vaccination status, please call your local Public Health Office.

Self-isolation means you need to stay home, avoid contact with anyone who is not fully vaccinated, and stay away from work, school, stores, social events and any other public setting.

Call HealthLine 811, your physician or nurse practitioner if you develop symptoms; you may develop symptoms from two to 14 days following exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19.
