North Battleford City Hall has issued public notices on three discretionary land use applications that will be coming before council Aug. 20.
One of the applications is for a cannabis retail outlet to be located at 302 - 114th St. in North Battleford.
The others are an application to establish a secondary suite at 922 - 110th St., and for a hair salon as a home-based business at 2002 - 99th St.
All three applications must be approved at the discretion of council and will be considered and voted on at the Aug. 20 meeting.
