Edam robbery case adjourned to Jan. 9

One of the individuals charged in connection to an armed robbery and break and enter near Edam is due back in provincial court Jan. 9.

Fraser Lane Littlewolfe made his latest appearance Friday in North Battleford by video appearance in connection to several charges stemming from the Jan. 18, 2018 incident. His charges include break and enter and committing a robbery, wearing a disguise, forcible confinement and a number of firearms charges.

A psychiatric report has been completed and counsel indicate that this will be reviewed with Littlewolfe between now and Jan. 9. His next court appearance is scheduled for election and/or plea.

Co-accused Joel Daniel Dillon of Onion Lake has already entered guilty pleas in the case and was sentenced to five years in a federal penitentiary in Queen’s Bench court Oct. 2.
