Canada Day celebrations will go ahead in North Battleford on July 1 with a fireworks display on King Hill.
The plan is for the city to host a drive-in fireworks display, starting at 10:45 p.m., weather permitting.
Cars must be separated by two meters to comply with the current public health guidelines. Only individuals from the same household may occupy the same vehicle.
Last year, the city cancelled Canada Day fireworks due to COVID-19 restrictions. A drive-in fireworks show was eventually held on New Year’s night.
