It has been confirmed Discovery Co-op will be moving into the former location of Super A Foods in Battleford.
In a news release Monday, Discovery Co-op said renovations are underway and a new food store and pharmacy will be coming to the location.
The Co-op states the new store will open in late April 2019, and will include a fresh meat and produce department, freshly made scratch bakery products, their full line of dry groceries and a pharmacy section with a full-time pharmacist.
“With major renovations well on their way to the old Super A building, we are excited to offer another location in the Town of Battleford and look to the warm welcome and support that the residents have always greeted us with,” said Mike Nord, general manager, in a statement.
