The city states that since COVID-19 entered Saskatchewan, they have been “committed to following the expert public health measures and advice from the Provincial Government.”

More information can be found at the province’s website www.saskatchewan.ca/covid19 , where the province has released some new guidance as to how Halloween should be conducted this Oct. 31 including social-distancing measures and the use of hand sanitizers when going out trick or treating.
