Seven day average of new COVID-19 cases trends upward

As of Saturday, Saskatchewan’s seven-day average of daily new cases of COVID-19 is 190. That’s 15.5 new cases per 100,000 people. The seven-day average has gone up by 41.3 per cent since March 20.

As of Saturday, Saskatchewan’s seven-day average of daily new cases of COVID-19 is 190. That’s 15.5 new cases per 100,000 people.

The seven-day average has gone up by 41.3 per cent since March 20.

On March 20, the seven day average of new daily cases was 134. March 27, the average was 190. Respectively, that’s 11.1 cases per 100,000 people up to 15.7 per 100,000 people.

As of Saturday, there were 224 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the provincial total to 32,783 cases, 1,817 of which are considered active, and 30,536 recoveries are considered recoveries. Most subzones with new cases were in the single or double digits, while the Regina zone saw 122 new cases in Saturday’s report.
