The Town of Battleford voted Monday in favour of donating a lot towards CJNB’s Radio Auction for $45,000.
The open infill lot is located on 29th Street and is already serviced. If a winning bid is received in the auction, the winners have one year to build a new building there in compliance with the zoning bylaw.
In return for the donation, the town would receive 1,286 radio ads for 30 seconds in length each. The donation carried at council Monday.
