Saskatoon teens, 15 and 17, charged with murder in man's shooting

SASKATOON — Two Saskatoon teenage boys have been charged in the city's second homicide of 2019.

Police say Mark Enwaya, who was 31, was declared dead at the scene after police and paramedics were called to the scene of a west-end shooting early Tuesday evening.

They say patrol officers later arrested two teens, ages 15 and 17, who had a gun.

Investigators believe Enwaya and the accused did not know each other.

The boys have been charged with second-degree murder.

They also face numerous firearms charges.
