In response to “Unions a factor in health costs” (New-Optimist, July 24), one thing Richard Wouters fails to point out in the costs of health care is that of some doctors who take advantage of the health system. They do nothing but deliver drugs, or refer patients from doctor to doctor to the next doctor with no accountability.
If tests don’t give them the answers, they can’t think outside the box and appear poorly educated.
