The Battlefords North Stars must wait at least one more game to finish off the Flin Flon Bombers.

The Bombers won 2-1 in overtime in game four for their first win of the series.

It was the third straight game in the series to go to overtime. It was also the second straight game to end in overtime's first minute, as Brandson Hein scored the winning goal just 17 seconds into the overtime frame to end it.

The game was a tight one the entire way. Garrett Johnson got the first goal for the North Stars in the second period but the Bombers tied it in the third from Caleb Moretz.

Despite the loss in overtime it was yet another excellent performance for Joel Grzybowski, who has been dominant all series. Unfortunately he did not get much help on offence on this night. The Bombers outshot the North Stars 49 to 26 on the night, with Grzybowski stopping 47 shots. But his counterpart Gabriel Waked only gave up one goal at the other end to get the win.

It was the third time this series that the Bombers outshot the North Stars, but the North Stars nevertheless still have the series lead by three games to one.

Game five is back at the Civic Centre Friday night..
