It is a critical final day of the championship round for Robyn Silvernagle and Team Saskatchewan at the Scotties.

After winning the tiebreaker game against New Brunswick and then stealing an 8-7 win yesterday afternoon against PEI, the team lost to Jennifer Jones' wild card team 8-3 on Thursday night.

That dropped Silvernagle to 5-4 which means there is literally no room for error in their remaining two games. They face Ontario's Rachel Homan this afternoon and British Columbia's Corryn Brown this evening.

Two wins would put Silvernagle at 7-4, however, two Northern Ontario wins would keep Saskatchewan out of the playoffs even if they were to sweep today's games. Also, a Silvernagle loss to Homan and a Northern Ontario win over PEI would eliminate the Saskatchewan team from the playoffs before they hit the ice tonight, which makes the game with Homan critical to Saskatchewan's hopes of advancing.
