Crusaders junior boys hoops win in Lloydminster

The John Paul II junior boys have taken home another tournament title. This time it was a gold medal in Lloydminster, at the annual Hot Hoops Junior Basketball Tournament on Friday and Saturday.

The John Paul II junior boys have taken home another tournament title. This time it was a gold medal in Lloydminster, at the annual Hot Hoops Junior Basketball Tournament on Friday and Saturday.

The team won their first quarterfinal game over College Park Cobras by a commanding 84-31 score, and then dominated the Bishop Lloyd Lancers by a 66-23 score. The first place game on Saturday night was the closest, against Holy Rosary of Lloydminster, by a 65-54 score. Thanks to head coach Nate Jurgens for providing this information.
