A star player with the Battlefords AAA Sharks is headed to the NCAA to play hockey.
Madison Glynn has signed a letter of intent to play for Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Glynn, who has played defence for the Sharks, will be joining the Lady Flames in the ACHA Div. 1 league this fall. According to an article posted at Liberty’s website she will be studying exercise science, with hopes of becoming a trainer or physiotherapist.
On Twitter, Glynn said of the signing that she was “super excited!!”
In her four years with the Sharks, Glynn recorded 12 goals and 11 assists for 23 points in 76 games.
