Competitors from North Battleford high schools finished in the medals at the provincial badminton championship on the weekend in Swift Current.
In girls’ doubles, Guiel Salunga and Kaitlyn Tarasoff finished with the bronze medal for John Paul II Collegiate.
In boys’ singles, Luke Fennig finished with a bronze medal for North Battleford Comprehensive High School.
A total of 64 competitors from across the province competed at the event. Medals were up for grabs in boys’ singles and doubles, girls’ singles and doubles and the mixed competition.
